Method of Payment 
All conference registrations require payment, and you may submit payment by credit card or check. If using a purchase order (PO), please register with the “check” payment option and use the registration receipt as the invoice/PO.  Payments not received within 15 days of the registration order may result in a cancellation of the order. If registration is cancelled due to non-payment, re-registration will be at the current rate, not the rate at the time of the original registration. 
 
If paying by check, include the registrant's name(s) and Registrant ID on the check. Make the check payable to the Academy of Pediatric Physical Therapy and mail it to the following address:

Policies 
 
Attendee Cancellation Policy: We are happy to accommodate a refund of your registration fees if you are unable to find a substitute prior to the October 1 deadline. Cancellation requests must be made in writing by emailing info@pediatricapta.org. Cancellations received before or on October 1, 2025, will be refunded for fees paid, less a 20% administrative fee. No refunds will be given for cancellations received after October 1, 2025. 
Cancellation Deadline: October 1, 2025 
Cancellation Administrative Fee: 20% of registration fees paid 
 
Substitution Policy: Know someone who is interested in attending in your place? Payment of a $50 administrative fee enables you to transfer your registration to another person simply by emailing info@pediatricapta.org. Substitutions will be transferred at the same rate as the original registration. Substitutions can be made up until the pre-registration deadline, or at the onsite Registration Desk. Payment for substitutions must be made at the time of processing.
